What logo files are supplied?

Logo files: Print and Web

I supply all manner of logo filetypes to be used for printing, as well as clear and crisp web files to use on your desktop or within your own internal presentations.

Print files

Files that professional printers/designers request are vector files - these can be enlarged to the size of the moon without losing any quality. They can be reduced to the size of a stamp and still retain detail. I design using Adobe Creative Suite and supply .eps, .ai and .pdf vector files of your logo. (Don't worry if you can't open them, leave them for the professionals. If you really, really want to see what's inside, the .pdf is there for you - it's the same!). I provide all these versions in case whoever you share the files with do not have the latest design software - they should still be able to use one of these files. If they can't, I suggest getting hold of me instead - let me get it done for you, or at least suggest a different supplier.

Web files

Files that look good in Word/Publisher/Excel/Google Documents etc are .png files or .jpgs. The .png files I supply will have transparent backgrounds so you could place them on top of other images or coloured backgrounds. The .jpg files I send are usually for social media profile pics for the business pages.

Now you’ve got your logo, it’s time to put it to work. It’s always exciting and a privilege for me as the designer to see a logo I’ve created land on the Internet or take pride of place on printed collateral.
