1. Services
Page Design Ltd provides graphic design, branding, web design, and related creative services. Both parties accept All services as described in project agreements or proposals.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials created by Page Design Ltd remain the intellectual property of Page Design Ltd until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final designs (excluding any third-party assets) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice.
Late payments may incur additional charges or delays to project delivery.
Deposits may be required before commencing work.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Project proposals typically include a set number of revisions.
Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
The client is responsible for final approval of all designs. Once approved, Page Design Ltd is not liable for errors or omissions.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may cancel a project with written notice.
Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable.
Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
6. Use of Work for Promotion
Page Design Ltd reserves the right to display completed projects for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
If third-party services (such as printing, hosting, or domain registration) are arranged, the client remains responsible for complying with those providers' terms and associated costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in our work, Page Design Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our services or designs. Our liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific project.
9. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
